Before each regatta, please download a consent form, fill it in and bring it with you, together with the entry fee of £5. Forms will also be available at the regatta.
In order to improve communication, we would like to register the young sailors with the site so that they, and their parents, can be provided with updates by email, letter or telephone. For all people under 18 we need parental permission for this.
We also need permission to publish results and photographs (still and video) of the youngsters on the web site, in press releases and at any general publicity events. It is our general policy not to directly associate names with photographs. There may however be occasions where winners are either directly identified or identifiable by comparing presentation photographs with the results.
If you have not already filled one in, please download the registration and permission form, fill it in and pass on at a regatta or post to the LRYSA secretary (this only needs to be done once):
